How to Adjust the scale of dae file downloaded from Internet.

on below URL, it described to change unit item to centimeter from meter on xml file or add load option of “convertUnitsToMeters” when load dae file, but not work….

Eventually, Found that only way to adjust scale of dae file is  to modify dae scale on xcode. then upload to your web servers
